Rice Pilaf with Orzo

I cooked the rice pilaf with orzo. It did not turn out as good as I had expected in class, so I decided to give it another try at home. I must say it turned out much better the second time around. I had a better feel for what I was doing and was able to prepare the dish much faster. I had my girlfriend try some of it and she agreed that it was pretty good. It was just much easier to work without stopping and pulling out my recipe the second time around. In class, I used my recipe notes much more often. Overall, it was just a better dish that I prepared, after I had practiced and put myself to the test.
